1. How does Print-on-Demand fulfillment work?

Once you place an order, Printful prints, packs, and ships your item on demand. This eliminates excess inventory and lets us offer custom designs without delay.

2. What are your production and shipping times?

  • Production (printing + packing): 2–7 business days

  • Standard shipping (US): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited options: 1–3 business days (rates calculated at checkout)

3. Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship only to physical U.S. addresses (including Alaska and Hawaii). PO Boxes are accepted via USPS Standard Shipping only.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, Electron

  • Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • PayPal & PayPal Pay Later

5. How can I track my order?

After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Click the link in that email to view real-time status updates.

6. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately at 4nerd2nerd.help@gmail.com. If your order hasn’t entered Printful’s production queue (usually within the first few hours), we may be able to cancel or adjust it.

7. What is your return and exchange policy?

  • Timeframe: Initiate returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

  • Defective/Damaged Items: Email 4nerd2nerd.help@gmail.com with photos and order info. We’ll provide a prepaid label and replace or refund the item.

  • Change-of-Mind: You may return unused items for a refund or exchange within 30 days. Return shipping is your responsibility.

8. How do I start a return or exchange?

Email returns@4nerd2nerd.com with:

  1. Order number

  2. Item name(s)

  3. Reason for return/exchange

  4. Photos (if defective or damaged)
    We’ll reply with next steps and, if applicable, a prepaid label.

9. What warranty covers my purchase?

Products carry Printful’s manufacturer warranty. Defective items reported within 30 days qualify for repair, replacement, or refund under our integrated warranty policy.

10. Do I need an account to shop?

No. You can check out as a guest or create an account to save your shipping info, view order history, and earn loyalty rewards when available.

11. How do I leave a product review?

After your order is delivered, you’ll receive an email invitation to review your items. You can also submit reviews directly on the product page under “Customer Reviews.”

12. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Our site uses SSL/TLS encryption and trusted payment gateways to protect your data. We never store full credit card numbers on our servers.
