Returns & Exchanges Policy

At 4 Nerd 2 Nerd, we partner with Printful to fulfill and ship your orders. We want you to be thrilled with your new gaming, book, tech, and home-living gear. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns and exchanges work.
1. Eligibility & Timeframe

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible only for orders shipped to U.S. addresses.

Items must be in the same condition you received them—unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or not as ordered:

Email us within 30 days at returns@4nerd2nerd.com.

Include:

Order number

A photo of the item and any packaging damage

A brief description of the issue

We’ll coordinate a prepaid return label via Printful.

Upon receipt and inspection, we’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
3. Change-of-Mind Returns
For non-defective items, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange:

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Use a trackable shipping method and retain your tracking number.

We’ll credit your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
4. Exchanges
To swap to a different size, color, or product**:

Initiate a change-of-mind return (see Section 3).

Place a new order for the item you want.

Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund so you’re not double-charged.
5. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

7. Printful’s Requirements & Warranty

All returns and refunds follow Printful’s standard return guidelines.

Products carry Printful’s manufacturer warranty. Defective items that qualify under warranty receive a repair, replacement, or refund.
8. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email returns@4nerd2nerd.com with “Return Request” or “Exchange Request” in the subject line.

Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return/exchange.

Follow our return label instructions (for defective/damaged) or ship back at your expense (for change-of-mind).

Track your return until it arrives at our facility.
9. Review & Abuse Policy

We value honest, constructive feedback—please don’t post negative reviews without cause.

Abusive or profane communication toward our support team will result in cancellation of your return privileges.
10. Updates & Changes
We may update this policy as Printful revises its guidelines or to comply with new laws. Any changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date above.
