Welcome to 4 Nerd 2 Nerd. By accessing or using our website and placing orders through our U.S.-only online store, you agree to these Terms of Service (“ToS”). Please read them carefully.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or browsing our site, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agree to be bound by these ToS, our Privacy Policy, and any documents they reference.

 

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
• All sales are limited to customers located within the United States.

 

3. Products & Order Fulfillment

• We offer video game, board game, bookish, tech, and home-living merchandise for man caves, she sheds, gaming rooms, and living rooms.
• Printful provides on-demand printing, packing, and shipping. Your order is subject to Printful’s quality checks, fulfillment timelines, and shipping estimates.
• Shipping times vary by product and destination; please refer to the product page or your order confirmation for estimated delivery dates.

All payments are processed securely by our payment partners.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

• Our return policy follows Printful’s standard requirements, with a 30-day window after delivery for most home and living items.
• To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
• Returns outside this window will not be accepted.
• Shipping costs for returns due to change of mind are the customer’s responsibility. Defective or damaged items qualify for free return shipping and repair or replacement per Section 6.

 

6. Warranty & Defective Products

• Products are covered by Printful’s manufacturer warranty.
• If your item arrives defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a return, inspection, and, if confirmed defective, a replacement or refund.
• This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

 

7. Prohibited Conduct

When interacting with our site or support team, you agree not to:

• Use profanity, hate speech, or harassment toward staff or other users

• Post fraudulent, illegal, or infringing content

• Attempt to breach site security or probe for vulnerabilities
  Violations may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or legal action.

 

8. Reviews & Feedback

• We welcome honest product reviews. Please do not post misleading, libelous, or defamatory comments.
• Attempts to artificially inflate or deflate ratings (fake reviews, review swaps) are prohibited.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All site content—logos, images, text, designs—is owned by 4 Nerd 2 Nerd or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without prior written consent.

 

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

• To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.
• We make no warranties beyond those expressly set forth in these ToS and Printful’s warranty.

 

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These ToS are governed by South Dakota law, regardless of conflict-of-law rules.
• Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Dakota.

 

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update our ToS to reflect Printful’s policy changes, evolving laws, or best practices. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last Updated” date and, if changes are material, notify you via email or site notice.
