Shipping & Delivery Information

1. Fulfillment & Order Processing

Our products are printed, packed, and shipped by Printful from within the United States.

• Production time: 2–7 business days after order confirmation

• Order confirmation email includes your order summary and estimated production completion date

 

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to U.S. street addresses, including Alaska and Hawaii. PO Boxes are accepted only via USPS Standard Shipping; FedEx and UPS methods require a physical address. We do not ship internationally.
 

3. Tracking Your Order

• You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.

• Click the tracking number link to view real-time delivery updates.

• If you have multiple items, they may ship in separate packages with individual tracking numbers.

 

4. Address Accuracy & Changes

• Please verify your shipping address at checkout.

• Once an order enters Printful’s production queue, address edits are not possible.

• If you spot an error immediately after ordering, email support@4Nerd2Nerd.com—we’ll do our best to intervene.

 

5. Delays, Lost & Damaged Packages

• External factors (weather, carrier disruptions, holidays) can affect delivery times.

• If tracking shows excessive delay, or if your package is lost or damaged, contact us at support@4Nerd2Nerd.com with your order number and issue details.

• For claims under Printful’s transit insurance, we’ll guide you through the carrier’s resolution process.

 

6. Special Notes

• Shipping rates do not include customs, duties, or taxes—orders are U.S.-only, so no additional fees apply.

• During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), production and shipping may take longer.

• Free shipping promotions (if offered) will appear as checkout discounts and are subject to minimum-order requirements.

 

7. Updates to This Policy

We periodically revise our shipping and delivery terms to align with Printful’s service changes, carrier updates, and best practices. Any material changes will update the “Last Updated” date above.
